Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the Program

1.1 You must apply and be approved to join. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

1.2 You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1.3 You must give accurate information, including your payment details, and keep it up to date.

2. How referrals work

2.1 Once approved, you'll receive a unique referral link and may receive a referral code.

2.2 A referral is credited to you when a new customer clicks your link and subscribes to a paid plan within 60 days, on the same browser and device, without clicking another affiliate's link in between. Where two affiliates are involved, the last affiliate link clicked receives the credit.

2.3 Referrals only count for new customers who have never had a paid PimpMyViews subscription before.

2.4 Our tracking records are final in deciding whether a referral is credited, but we'll look into it if you believe a referral was missed.

3. Commission

3.1 You earn 30% of the net amount we actually receive from each referred customer's subscription payments for the first 12 months of their subscription.

3.2 "Net amount" means the payment excluding taxes, and after refunds, chargebacks, credits and discounts.

3.3 No commission is earned on free plans, free trials, or payments that are refunded or charged back. If commission has already been paid on a payment that is later refunded or charged back, we may deduct it from future payouts.

3.4 We may change commission rates for future referrals with 30 days' notice. Changes won't reduce commission on referrals already credited to you.

4. Payouts

4.1 Commission becomes payable 30 days after the end of the month in which the customer's payment was made, to allow for refunds under our 14-day money-back guarantee.

4.2 We pay monthly by PayPal or Wise once your payable balance reaches US$50. Balances below that amount roll over to the next month.

4.3 You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, and for all taxes on your commission. We may ask for tax information before paying you.

4.4 If your account is closed for a breach of these Affiliate Terms, unpaid commission is forfeited.

5. Rules for promoting PimpMyViews

You must promote PimpMyViews honestly and lawfully. You must not:

1. (a) send spam or unsolicited messages, including bulk email, direct messages or comments;
2. (b) bid on "PimpMyViews", "pimpmyviews" or any misspelling or variation of our brand in search or social ads, or use our brand in ad copy or display URLs, without our written permission;
3. (c) register domains, social accounts or app names that include our brand name;
4. (d) make false or misleading claims, such as guaranteed views, subscribers or income, or claim to be us or to be endorsed by YouTube or Google;
5. (e) offer cashback, rebates or incentives to sign up unless we approve them, or post codes on coupon or deal sites without permission;
6. (f) refer yourself, your own accounts or people you share an account with, or use fake accounts or any fraudulent method to generate referrals;
7. (g) use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, or any method that sets a referral cookie without a genuine click; or
8. (h) promote us on sites or channels with unlawful, hateful, adult or otherwise inappropriate content.

6. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you share your referral link, as required by the laws and platform rules that apply to you, such as the Australian Consumer Law, the FTC's rules in the United States, the UK's CAP Code, and YouTube's paid promotion rules. A simple statement like "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" is enough.

7. Our brand

While you're in the Program, we give you a limited, revocable licence to use the PimpMyViews name, logo and materials we provide, only to promote PimpMyViews under these Affiliate Terms. Don't alter our logo or suggest a partnership beyond being an affiliate. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC, and you must not use YouTube or Google branding in a way that suggests their endorsement.

8. Your relationship with us

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms makes you our employee, agent or partner, and you can't make promises or commitments on our behalf.

9. Ending your participation

9.1 You can leave the Program at any time by emailing us.

9.2 We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including for a breach of these Affiliate Terms, suspected fraud, or if we close or change the Program.

9.3 If we end your participation for reasons other than your breach, we'll pay commission you've already earned under section 4.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss caused by tracking errors or technical problems. Our total liability to you under the Program is limited to the commission payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continuing in the Program after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. General

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the same law as our Terms of Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
